Need to message multiple customers at once? Gaffer can send bulk messages to up to 20 customers at a time.
How to use it
Tell Gaffer something like:
- "Message all my customers from this week to say thanks"
- "Send a message to John, Sarah, and Mike about the holiday shutdown"
Gaffer will confirm the list of recipients and the message before sending. You can use {name} in the message to personalise it with each customer's name.
Limits
Maximum 20 recipients per batch. This helps prevent accidental mass messaging.
