Manual chase
Tell Gaffer: "Chase the invoice for John" or "Send a payment reminder to Sarah". Gaffer sends a polite reminder with the invoice link.
Automatic chasing
Gaffer automatically chases unpaid invoices on this schedule:
- Day 7 — friendly reminder to the customer
- Day 14 — follow-up reminder to the customer
- Day 21 — notifies you that the invoice is still unpaid
Invoices are marked as overdue once past their due date.
Outstanding invoices
Ask Gaffer: "What invoices are outstanding?" to see a list of all unpaid invoices.
