Customers can send photos and videos of their issue through WhatsApp.
Photos
When a customer sends a photo, Gaffer sees and analyses it. The photo is automatically attached to the job or enquiry. Gaffer can describe what it sees and ask follow-up questions.
Videos
Videos are automatically forwarded to you on WhatsApp with the customer's caption. The customer gets a confirmation that the video has been passed on.
Voice notes
On the Pro plan, voice notes are transcribed and processed as text. On Starter, customers are asked to type their message instead.
Viewing media
All photos and videos are accessible in the job details on the dashboard. You can also ask Gaffer: "Forward the photos from John's job".
