Enquiry Follow-ups

If a new enquiry doesn't convert to a booking, Gaffer follows up automatically.

When

24–48 hours after a new enquiry conversation, if the potential customer hasn't booked, Gaffer sends a follow-up: "Just checking in — would you like to go ahead and book?"

One follow-up

Gaffer sends one follow-up per enquiry to avoid being pushy.
