Good reviews are essential for tradespeople. Gaffer makes it easy to ask customers for reviews after a job.
Automatic review requests
If you've added your Google review link during setup, Gaffer automatically sends a friendly review request to customers 24-48 hours after a job is completed.
Manual review requests
Tell Gaffer: "Ask John for a Google review" and it will send a message with your review link.
Setting up your review link
During onboarding, Gaffer will ask for your Google review link. You can also set it later: "Set my Google review link to [URL]" or update it in Dashboard > Settings.
To find your review link: search for your business on Google Maps, click "Write a review", and copy the URL.
