Job statuses
- Enquiry — customer is interested, exploring options
- Quoted — quote has been sent
- Pending approval — customer booked, waiting for your approval
- Scheduled — confirmed and on your calendar
- In progress — you're working on it
- Completed — job done
- Cancelled — either party cancelled
Completing a job
Tell Gaffer: "Mark the job for John as complete" or "I've finished at Mrs Brown's". Gaffer will mark it done and offer to create an invoice.
