Chase schedule
- Day 7 after invoice sent — polite reminder to customer
- Day 14 — follow-up reminder
- Day 21 — notification sent to you (the tradesperson) about the unpaid invoice
Each chase includes the invoice link so the customer can pay easily.
Disabling auto-chase
Auto-chase can be disabled per invoice if needed. You can also chase manually at any time: "Chase the invoice for John".
