Pricing models
- Hourly — charge by the hour (set your hourly rate)
- Fixed — set prices for specific services
- Both — mix of hourly and fixed-price work
Setting your rates
Tell Gaffer: "My hourly rate is 55" or "Change my call-out fee to 40".
Service price list
For fixed-price work, you can maintain a price list:
- "Add boiler service at 120" — adds a service
- "Update the boiler service price to 130" — changes a price
- "Remove the boiler service" — removes from the list
- "Show my price list" — displays all services and prices
Price ranges are supported: "Add bathroom refit at 2000 to 3500".
