Set a profile picture for your Gaffer WhatsApp number so customers see your logo or photo.
How to set it
Send your logo or photo to Gaffer on WhatsApp, then say: "Use that as my profile picture". Gaffer will update your WhatsApp Business profile.

You can also upload a profile image in Dashboard > Settings.
