Rescheduling & Cancelling Jobs

Both you and your customers can reschedule or cancel jobs through Gaffer.

Rescheduling

Customers can message: "Can I move my appointment to Friday?" and Gaffer will check availability and reschedule. You can also reschedule for a customer: "Move John's job to next Tuesday at 2pm".

Cancelling

Customers can cancel by messaging: "I need to cancel my appointment". You can cancel too: "Cancel the job for Mrs Brown". The other party is always notified.

Rate limits

Customers are limited to 4 bookings per week to prevent abuse.
