Once Gaffer creates an invoice, it's saved as a draft. You need to confirm before it's sent to the customer.
How sending works
- Gaffer shows you the invoice summary (items, total, customer)
- You confirm: "Yes, send it" or "Looks good, send"
- Gaffer sends the invoice to the customer via WhatsApp (or SMS if outside the 24-hour window)
- The message includes a link where the customer can view the full invoice and pay online
Invoice links
Each invoice has a unique secure link that customers can use to view the full invoice in their browser, including a "Pay Now" button if you have Stripe connected.
