How to send
After Gaffer creates the quote, confirm: "Yes send it" or "Send that to John". The customer receives the quote via WhatsApp or SMS with a link to view the full details.
Quote statuses
- Draft — created but not sent
- Sent — delivered to customer
- Accepted — customer accepted
- Declined — customer declined
- Expired — past the validity date
